Registration and payment are now open.

Please note that both creating your account and proceeding to fee payment are MANDATORY to complete you registration to the summer school.

Accomodation

Some rooms have been booked in the Refleex residence on the campus of Lille 1. See the website of the residence Refleex for more information. These rooms are available with the registration type "With Accomodation" and are booked from monday to friday. Extra nights should be directly asked to the residence (see http://reeflex.univ-lille.fr/home/Researcher/Rates-and-Reservations and contact via email: reeflex.univ-lille.fr).

Registration includes: coffee breaks, lunches, summer school material, gala dinner, the tour and the welcome party.

Early registration is open until 30 April 2017. Registration will closed on May 28th 2017.

Steps

Pre-register by filling a short form with your personal information
1. Create an account on the website (click on the arrow of the login button on the top right of the website)
2. Activate your account (from email sent)
3. Log on the website
4. Click on register (in the menu "My Space" when logged)
Select below the way of payment and the corresponding amount.

Student registration is only for PhD and Master students. Students must justify their status by sending the copy of their student card or certificate of scholarship to ssatom17@sciencesconf.org.
